* Free shipping - All orders over $100 will receive Free Ground Shipping to any physical address in the lower 48 US States.  We will apply additional charges for expedited delivery and addresses located in Alaska, Hawaii, and Military bases.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

USPS Priority, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS standard 2nd Days = 2-3 business days

FREE SHIPPING OFFER* = 1-5 Days

* UPS Next Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
* Orders $100 and over will receive free shipping (available to U.S. Lower 48 States ONLY)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (Canadian Shipments Only)

safetytoeshoesusa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

safetytoeshoesusa.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently ship to Canada. (Customer is responsible for additional Shipping, Duties/Tariff, and custom brokerage fees)
